Process Orders and customer complaints:
- To manage & follow up orders closely & correctly per SOP
a. Input order to system accurately & timely
b. Ensure price inputted in system comply with company Min. price
c. Apply special release for SO if needed & assist to chase overdue payment to control outstanding ratio
d. Closely work with planner, warehouse, logistic dept. to fulfill on time delivery of orders
- To handle customer complaint professionally
a. Fill in complaint & distribute to related dept. for investigation
b. Follow up the status of the complaint & update to customer until the complaint closed
- To handle and follow up goods return
a. To fill in goods return application form and get proper approval
b. Work with logistic dept. and customer about the physical return of material
c. Record goods return in system properly
- To assist on forecast accuracy
a. To input forecast timely & accurately per month
b. To check the variance between forecast and orders, and advise customer’s updated demand
- Follow up service rules, minimize urgent delivery for better control of operation cost
Service Delivery
- To deliver goods service level to customers
a. Pick up phone & reply email in time, assist to answer the phone when other CS is absent
b. Act as coordinator, timely feedback any inquiry and concerns, provide help & suggestion to customers
c. Attend joint visit to key customers to get mutual understanding,maintain & enhance the relationship with customers
- Work with other team, seek the chance to improve customer’s Satisfaction & provide better service to customers
Continuous improvement:
- Optimize daily work, process daily work in efficient & reasonable way, contribute to fulfill team’s target
- Get familiar with domestic & oversea customers and working Procedures, back up other CS when necessary
- Take part in company ISO & internal audit, close findings and optimize working procedure
QUALIFICATIONS 任職要求
Knowledge and experience 知識
Knowledge in ERP is preferable; experiences in Customer Service function is a must
Education 教育背景
College Degree or above
Language & Skills 語言及技能
Good spoken & written English
Good computer skill, good at Excel & Word
Abilities 能力
Good communication & interpersonal skill
Patient, responsible, team spirit
