What role will you play?

? You work as a partner and consultant to our hiring managers and own the full recruiting cycle from setting recruiting strategy to making the job offer. 

? You set the recruitment marketing and sourcing strategy using a powerful set of tools and technologies.  You work with the support of our researchers and your own considerable proactive sourcing capabilities to find the best that the talent market has to offer.

? You are the key point of contact for candidates and only those that have the potential to be high performers get past your screen to be presented to the hiring manager. 

? You manage the candidate experience – and often your hiring managers – to maintain a positive Siemens image.   You leverage our employer brand to build interest and build proactive candidate pipelines for our future needs.

? You are aligned to one of Siemens businesses so that you can build your understanding of the business and can act as a partner and talent advisor to your hiring managers.

? You are networked with colleagues in and beyond China who support the same business segments you do, allowing you to add value by bringing market intelligence, including competitor insights, to the table with your Hiring Managers.

What qualification does the successful candidate bring?

? You bring 5+ years of recruiting experience preferable including 3+ years working for a multi-national company

? You have a BA or BS degree

? You know the tools of the recruiting trade including recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies as well as social media and sourcing tools (LinkedIn, Jobs 51, etc.)  

? You are a fan of technology as evidenced by your knowledge of relevant recruiting and business tools

? You are a skilled relationship builder and interviewer with a sound foundation in China’s relevant laws and regulations related to recruiting.

? You seek a fast paced environment and are excited about being part of a global Talent Acquisition community in Siemens

? You are not only fluent in Chinese and English, but use your language skills to build relationships, communicate transparently and be influential with hiring managers, candidates and colleagues.

2.崗位是屬于外包崗位的，合同是和我們外企德科簽訂，工作是在西門子公司工作，西門子會把部分崗位外包給我們外企德科，對于工作內容是沒有區(qū)別的，薪資由外企德科發(fā)放，五險一金按國家標準繳納的。試用期2個月，試用期薪資不打折，五險一金也是正常繳納。

  廣州西門子變壓器有限公司于1997年11月03日在廣州市工商行政管理局蘿崗分局登記成立。法定代表人蔡瑞雄，公司經營范圍包括變壓器、整流器和電感器制造；工程技術咨詢服務等。廣州西門子變壓器有限公司(STGZ)是西門子輸配電集團和廣州機電集團的合資企業(yè)。公司所有的產品：最高電壓達500KV的電力變壓器以及2500KVA及以下的油浸式配電變壓器，均按照伊林的技術和標準設計、制造，并持有“伊林”品牌。廣州西門子的設立也是西門子全球化和當?shù)鼗瘧?zhàn)略的一個組成部分。 廣州西門子座落在廣州經濟技術開發(fā)區(qū)的東區(qū)，占地面積65,000平方米，可年產15,000MVA的變壓器。公司地理位置優(yōu)越，便捷的交通可在2公里內通達鐵路、高速公路和城市快速干線，距離黃埔港僅不到10公里。公司采用了90年代末期的現(xiàn)代技術制造最高質量標準的變壓器。 2005年，公司成功生產并交付了首批500KV變壓器，其中包括2臺370MVA叁相發(fā)電升壓變和一組總容量為3X750MVA的單相自耦變壓器，使公司成為可生產最高電壓等級變壓器供應商行列中的一員。同時也標志著廣州伊林成為國內唯一一個可以從同一個廠區(qū)供應高達500KV直至配電變壓器的合資企業(yè)。
