Job description：

This position needs to assist production manager to safely manage overall process and resources in production to ensure safe and timely manufacturing of quality products to meet our customers’ demands, thus fulfilling our production demands and meeting the financial goals and the company’s objectives.

Responsibilities include all production activities associated with the Nansha Manufacturing Site – including Raw Material handling, Production Units, Maintenance of Production equipment and Environmental compliance by ensuring proper operation of Environmental control devices.

-          Ensure Proper reporting of any and ALL HSE / PSE incidents in a clear truthful manner within the time constraints dictated in procedures and directives

-          Manage and monitor daily/weekly/monthly production plan, coordinate with other departments to ensure timely customer delivery within quality specifications.

-          Monitor production management procedure to ensure normal and well-ordered production work

-          Organize 5S activities for all Production and Storage areas of site

-          Investigate any abnormal production events and quality events and lead RCA

-          Implement the performance management program – Grading System, performance assessment and improvement plan.

-          Assist to develop and implement department training plan to build a highly competent staff compliant with the grading system

-          Assist to coach, guide, train team to meet requirements from job and company

-          Implement 6 sigma, 3S concept and Smart program etc.to ensure continuous improvement

-          Organize regular communication meetings in different channels (DMS, weekly, monthly, cross-department)

-          Build team-work spirit within Productions team and with other departments

-          Feedback team’s suggestion/comments to management team

Skills and competencies requirements：

• 5 to 7 years’ experience in production or process management, chemical plant background is a plus
• Knowledgeable with strong technical skills in various quality tools, analytical tools, shop floor management approach, people management technique and manufacturing processes
• College with major of chemical engineering or chemical process     
• Strong safety culture
• Strong communication skill in Chinese and English(spoken and written)
• Proven track record in driving lean implementation, productivity and efficiency improvement, cost improvement and industrial project management
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skill
• Effective leadership skill
• Good ability in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
