Your Profile：

• Bachelor’s Degree above, major in engineering related
• More than 5 years experience in quality management, training and qualification as a process auditor
• Comprehensive knowledge of quality methods both reactive and preventive (e.g. 8D, FMEA)
• Good knowledge of the product life cycle process
• Several years of experience with cross-location projects
• Knowledge of business processes in the area of PLM, SCM and CRM
• Independent, analytical and structured way of working
• Very good English skills, both spoken and written (German language will be an advance)
• Q-Methods skills (8D/FMEA/5Why/APQP e.g)
• Stress resistance and team player
• Sensitive for different cultures (way to work)
• Fluent English in both oral and writing

Your Responsibilities：

？ Monitoring and controlling of quality-related actions and measures
？ Contact person for customers regarding quality issues and implementation of training courses in the area of preventive quality principles, guidelines, programs and standards within the company
？ Ensuring the and support HQ QEHS PT strategy overall factories quality
？ HQ QEHS support (Reports/Data analysis/Monitoring Q-Tools in HQ PT QEHS
？ Working with internal and external stakeholders
？ Cross-departmental collaboration and coordination with quality employees from various process areas (SQM, QA, QM)
？ Responsibility for the quality performance of an assigned product portfolio
