Responsibilities:
- Serve as a contact point for customers using MSS; Receive, prioritize, process, and resolve inquiries and problems via incoming telephone calls and email correspondences.
- Prepare service level reports to customers and meeting reporting deadlines.
- Provide support to Account Managers/Customer Service Representatives.
- Work with projects and operations on customer issues and complaints.
- Strengthen customer relationships.
- Follow up any other ad-hoc activities as assigned by the manager.
- Strictly follow corporate standards and internal procedures/guidelines in daily operation to meet compliance requirements.

Requirements:
- Degree holder or equivalent.
- 3-5 years of relevant working experience, preferably in a call centre environment with focus on customer service/ sales/ financial services.
- Good command of written and spoken Korean, English and Chinese.
- Customer-oriented, good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Has basic knowledge of IT and is willing to work in group internal IT environment.
- Proficient in PC applications, e.g. Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Ability to learn all current company operating systems needed to perform the job.
