Assistant Accounting Manager 財務副經(jīng)理

-Support China Finance Strategy and Transformation plans
-Support reporting review and closing monitoring.
-Build and maintain a Project Plan for implementation of the Transformation programme in China
-Liaise with Stakeholders to ensure that the Transformation Programme is communicated and understood
-Provide Project Management know how and Discipline to Finance Transformation initiatives
-Help to provide the Framework and Methodology for the Transformation Programmes in China
-Engage with Senior stakeholders to ensure that Transformation gets the appropriate level of support and buy-in
-Implement the finance processes and solution as below:
- Process Measurement
- Process Standardisation
- Process Improvement
- Performance Analytics
- Operating Model
-Manage the go-live, including any appropriate UAT, data preparation, reconciliation and archive of the upgrade to the solution
-Develop and monitor a strong High -Performance team, retain talent within the team
-Working in a multi-systems environment and high volume of transactions
-Support reporting review and closing monitoring.
-Other tasks assigned by S. China finance manager or China RCFO
Requirement:
-Strong accountant, qualified by experience or with a good accountancy qualification. Bachelor degree or above in accounting and finance, additional professional certification in finance is preferred
-Above 6 years of related working experience on finance field and at least 2 years management experience;
-Experience in SSC or BPO or system integration or new system set up is highly preferred. Project management experience
-IT literate (Peoplesoft, Visio and MS Project) with ERP implementation experience
-Good written and spoken English
-Experience of delivering a Finance Transformation programme
-Experience of managing and motivating a team
-Experience of maintaining a strong internal control environment
-Experience of working in a shared service/outsourcing environment
-Ability to work to deadlines and work well under pressure.
-Eager to learn, smart, quick learner, and mature & strong & effective, communication / coordination skill.
-Clear thinking and problem solving abilities, and successfully led cross-functional projects/process improvement within operation/finance function; able to quickly grasp new ideas
-Assertiveness and flexible, being open to change (positive or negative) in response to new information, different or unexpected circumstance, and/or to work in ambiguous situations
-Strong analytical skill, can undertake in-depth analysis
-Dedicated, professional honest and enthusiastic
-Strong problem solving capability and strong competence to simplify complicated things
-Influencing skills
-Commercial awareness
