About This Job
Summary
？ We are looking for a Business Analyzt with rich experience in insurance industry.
？ This position Locates in GZ, may usually travel to HK to work with client, so the candidate should be able to travel between GZ and HK
？ This client is a world class leader in insurance industry, and it is experiencing substantial global growth.

崗位職責(zé)

Responsibility
？ Collect and analyze business requirements/needs, the candidate must be able to understand users' requirements quickly, and document it in detail and then transfer the requirements to software development team;
？ Be able to discuss with various project stakeholders and control users' expectation;
？ Plan tasks required to meet client needs and ensure the functional requirements meet business requirements;
？ Maintain sufficient detailed understanding of the projects to capture business requirements/high level design;
？ Document business / user requirements into solution proposals/use cases/functional specification, and can develop mockup/prototype to present how the system will function;
？ Work with the engineering team and architecture team to identify options and recommend solution to fulfill requirements;
？ Participate or guide in System Test and support User Acceptance Test and make sure systems are tested thoroughly according to business requirements;

任職要求

Required skills & qualifications
？ Has strong documentation skills in English;
？ At least 5 years working experiences in insurance company and worked for GENERAL INSURANCE
？ Can speak Cantonese will be an advantage;
？ Above 8 years’ experience on the business analysis;
？ Strong analysis and communication skills, and excellent in documentatation;
？ Able to work independently.
