Principal Accountability: 

The role is to plan, organize and manage international delivery of BPO 
(Business Process Outsourcing) projects for large-scale multinational 
companies. This will embrace client management, stakeholder management, 
delivery management, and team management. Details are as followed: 

1) Service Delivery: 
? Ensures that all deliverable for the project are created, approved and 
updated on ongoing manner; 
? Ensures that all targets and deadlines described in KPIs and SLAs are 
met according to client’s expectations; 
? Assigns priorities for operations and services delivered to the client; 
? Assures sufficient resources to perform operations for the clients; 
? Ensures that operations are run according to budget constrains for the 
project. Compare costs against revenues, approve and control 
expenses, approve financial data and forecasts, approve billing 
calculation based on contract, identify potential risks related to 
project’s financials and report then to senior management; 
? Perform negotiations with the client on project’s financials when 
required. 

2) Continuous Improvements: 
? Continually strives to simplify, standardize and improve processes 
across all countries subject to approval of the Client; 
? Continually considers improvement opportunities and encourages the 
Team to do the same. Focuses on continuously developing business relationship; 
? Ensures processes within the project are performed efficiently and 
? improvements are introduced to inefficient processes within the 
project; 
? Ensure that appropriate controls are implemented to reduce the risk 
delays and errors. Ensure ISO documentation is completed and 
? updated on ongoing manner. Promote 6 Sigma approach within the 
project. 

3) Team Management: 
? Creates strong and effective teams motivated towards effective
performance and objectives realization;
? Based on the scope of project identifies profiles for recruited
employees;
? Defines expectations towards employees;
? Ensures the workload is properly assigned to employees;
? Identifies areas for employees’ development;
? Develops individuals with coaching, delegating and constructive
feedback practices;
? Cooperate with HR department on staff development and staff issues
resolution.
? Motivates employees with tools available within the company.

4) Contribution to the selling process: 
? Takes the opportunity to increase scope of services performed within
the company by participation in selling process;
? Cooperates with sales and transition team on most effective projects’
set-up for new deals, advises on transition projects, share “best
practice” and experience with other project managers.


任職要求:
Person Specification: 
? At least 7 years working experiences.
? Degree in Finance and Accounting and advanced knowledge of Finance and Accounting 
? High level customer service skills 
? Well organized and able to work on multiply tasks 
? Advanced project management skills 
? Good people management skills 
? Fluency in English 

2) Desirable: 
? In-depth knowledge of finance & accounting systems processes and 
procedures 
? BPO experience will be a plus. 
? Knowledge of processes and procedure of other functions 
? Additional professional qualifications: MBA, ACCA or equivalent
