1. 本科以上學(xué)歷;

2. 8年以上大型PCBA制造加工行業(yè)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)管理經(jīng)驗(yàn);

3. 擁有SMT, 波峰焊, 各類測(cè)試設(shè)備工程技術(shù)背景者優(yōu)先；

4. 良好的英文讀寫溝通能力, 熟悉Excel, PPT 辦公軟件。

Bachelor Degree and above.

More than 8 years manufacturing industry work experience.

Clean room experience is priority selection;

With automotive manufacturing industry work experience;

Familiar with Excel and PPT;

Available to speak, write, read English;

Job Responsibilities 崗位職責(zé)

現(xiàn)場(chǎng)管理：

1. 監(jiān)督和維護(hù)生產(chǎn)線日常工作，確保產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量和生產(chǎn)效率達(dá)到或超越目標(biāo)；

2. 確保車間6S處于良好狀態(tài), 人員、設(shè)備、環(huán)境等；

3. 培訓(xùn)、培養(yǎng)各類設(shè)備/系統(tǒng)操作和維護(hù)技術(shù)人員，實(shí)現(xiàn)生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)自主化管理；

4. 運(yùn)用精益生產(chǎn)理念和各類工具，持續(xù)改善生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場(chǎng), 減少和控制在線物料和在制品庫(kù)存；

5. 組織核查EHS隱患，嚴(yán)格保證安全生產(chǎn)；

6. 跨部門組織團(tuán)隊(duì)解決生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中出現(xiàn)的異常問(wèn)題；

7. 車間其它異常事件應(yīng)急處理；

培訓(xùn)與團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)

1. 組織各類人員培訓(xùn)，建設(shè)一支多技能團(tuán)隊(duì)滿足靈活的生產(chǎn)需求；

2. 培訓(xùn)員工安全生產(chǎn)意識(shí)；

3. 充分發(fā)掘并培養(yǎng)出色人才，建設(shè)可持續(xù)的基層管理團(tuán)隊(duì)；

成本管理

1. 管理工時(shí)使用、各梯次人員數(shù)量配比，配合上級(jí)主管不斷改善和降低人工成本

2. 跨部門組織團(tuán)隊(duì)持續(xù)降低物料損耗、生產(chǎn)報(bào)廢和耗材使用.

Job Summary

Manage production area in order to meet production schedules, quality, and cost objectives.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Ensure Production Supervisors and Supervisors In Training are effective in their roles. 

Evaluate data and audit processes to support the success of the plant. 

Set expectations and guide the Production Supervisors to meet the expectations of continuous improvement while running a profitable and efficient production line. 

Provide exceptional support to customers, team members, and shareholders.

Drive continuous improvement through trend reporting analysis and metrics management.

Assess the adequacy of data gathering methods utilized by the workcells.

Assure that procedures and work instructions are efficient and not redundant.

Offer new ideas and suggestions for improvement. Identify and implement new practices and processes that are “best in field.”

Demonstrate a commitment to customer service; anticipate, meet, and exceed expectations by solving problems quickly and effectively; making customer issues a priority. 

Periodically “get down in the trenches” to rehabilitate troubled workcells or to help during product launch. Foster a “back to basics” mentality during these times. Lead by example; “Walk the talk.”

Establish new measurement systems if/where appropriate.

Exchange knowledge and information with other Jabil facilities to ensure best practices are shared throughout the Jabil organization.

Ensure 100% adherence to all company policies and procedures (i.e. Health and Safety, Quality).

Ensure all sensitive and confidential information is handled appropriately.

Ability to read, analyze, interpret and communicate regarding common scientific and/or technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents.

Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community.

Education & Experience Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.

Plus 2 years experience in a manufacturing supervisory role.

Or equivalent combination of education and experience.
