7.0 JOB SUMMARY
7.1 To establish and maintain a supplier quality control system in qualification, incoming quality control, quality performance monitoring and continuous improvement to ensure incoming material quality.
建立和維護供應(yīng)商品質(zhì)管理系統(tǒng)，通過對供應(yīng)商的審核、來料品質(zhì)管控、供應(yīng)商品質(zhì)表現(xiàn)的監(jiān)控和持續(xù)改善，確保來料的品質(zhì)符合要求。
7.2 To lead teams of SQE and SQT for managing supplier performance and dealing with supplier quality issues for specific sector of businesses.
帶領(lǐng)SQE團隊從事供應(yīng)商管理工作，為某一業(yè)務(wù)領(lǐng)域服務(wù)。
7.3 To assure that all the procedures and work instructions are being followed and executed in proper manner to ensure total quality control.
確保執(zhí)行與供應(yīng)商管理相關(guān)的程序文件和工作指引。
8.0 PREREQUISITES
8.1 Bachelor degree in engineering field with totally 8-year plus working experience and at least 5 years in quality function.
具備工科的本科學(xué)位，具備8年以上工作經(jīng)驗且其中至少5年從事品質(zhì)管理。

9.0 JOB DESCRIPTION
9.1 Lead SQE teams to perform the following activities and ensure a supplier base with quality performance consistently meeting customer requirements.
帶領(lǐng)SQE團隊有效地完成以下工作，以確保所管理的供應(yīng)商具有穩(wěn)定滿足客戶要求的品質(zhì)表現(xiàn)。
9.1.1 Conduct supplier survey, system audit, process audit and issue follow up audit for the purpose of supplier qualification and quality improvement.
進行供應(yīng)商調(diào)查、系統(tǒng)審核、制程審核和品質(zhì)問題審核，以達到合格供應(yīng)商認(rèn)可和推動供應(yīng)商改善的目的。
9.1.2 Participate in supplier part qualification through First Article Inspection (FAI) process or Production Part Approval Process (PPAP).
通過首件檢查流程或生產(chǎn)件批準(zhǔn)流程進行新零件的認(rèn)可和批準(zhǔn)。
9.1.3 Make incoming material inspection plan, generate inspection work instruction and manage Dock To Stock (DTS) rules for Incoming Quality Control (IQC).
針對來料品質(zhì)管控，制定物料檢查方案、編寫物料檢查工作指引、管理物料免檢規(guī)則。
9.1.4 Drive supplier for failure analysis, root cause analysis and corrective /preventive actions through 8D methodology for IQC/production/customer rejected quality issues.
針對IQC、產(chǎn)線和客戶反映的不良物料，使用8D的方法推動供應(yīng)商進行壞品分析、根本原因分析和糾正預(yù)防措施的制定。
9.1.5 Arrange source inspection at supplier site when needed together with IQC and purchasing team.
當(dāng)需要的時候，與IQC、采購合作安排在供應(yīng)商端的SI活動。
9.1.6 Conduct supplier performance review (quality section) on a regular basis by monitoring supplier quality scores in terms of RTV DPPM in Supplier Performance Reporting (SPR) system.
通過SPR系統(tǒng)，定期評估供應(yīng)商的品質(zhì)表現(xiàn) – RTV DPPM。
9.1.7 Drive for quality performance improvements for top worst suppliers.
推動品質(zhì)表現(xiàn)差的供應(yīng)商進行品質(zhì)改善。
9.1.8 Monitor quality performance and when needed drive for continual improvement for key suppliers.
對于關(guān)鍵供應(yīng)商，定期監(jiān)控其品質(zhì)表現(xiàn)并推動其持續(xù)改善。
9.1.9 Create and execute yearly supplier audit plan for key and top worst suppliers.
針對品質(zhì)差的供應(yīng)商和關(guān)鍵供應(yīng)商，制定并執(zhí)行年度審核計劃。
9.1.10 Prepare supplier quality related reports when needed.
視需求準(zhǔn)備供應(yīng)商品質(zhì)相關(guān)的報告。
9.1.11 Assist IQC in receiving inspection activities and provide technical support.
協(xié)助IQC來料檢查并提供必要的技術(shù)支持。
9.2 Recruit and maintain a team of high caliber in supplier quality engineering for target sector of businesses.
招聘和維護高素質(zhì)的SQE團隊。
9.3 Train and develop the engineers to fulfill the requirement of the material quality assurance.
培訓(xùn)和發(fā)展SQE人員的能力，以滿足物料品質(zhì)保證工作的需求。
9.4 Motivate and organize the SQE’s to achieve predefined objectives and targets.
組織和激勵SQE團隊實現(xiàn)預(yù)定的目標(biāo)和任務(wù)。
9.5 Monitor and review the performance of the staffs. Recommend salary increase and job arrangement as appropriate.

10.0 GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
10.1 Good command of quality control skills such as 7 tools.
具備良好的品質(zhì)管控技能，比如7大手法。
10.2 Working experience of problem solving skills such as PDCA and 8D.
具備利用PDCA和8D手段解決問題的實際經(jīng)驗。
10.3 Good knowledge of quality system such as ISO9001 and TS16949.

10.4 Working knowledge of mechanical or electronic products preferred.
