Assistant Manager - Contact Centre

- Oversee daily operations of inbound reservation and support services unit as well as marketing, sales and IT.
- Ensure service levels are met.
- Analyze call statistics.
- Plan workflow and structure.
- Solve escalated complaints.
- Motivate and lead teams.
- To carry out safety and security duties from time to time and be assigned as member of the Crisis Management Team, as and when needed.
- Other duties, tasks and projects as assigned at any time.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in any discipline.
- Preferable 3-4 years of supervisory experience in supervise customer service/contact centre environment.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation and problem solving skills.
- Results and outcome oriented.
- Possess personal leadership skill in promoting customer focused and a team member.
- Fluency in written and spoken English is essential. Abel to converse in local dialect. Mandarin and Cantonese is an added advantage.
