工作職責
Data & Information Management The Data and Information Management Team (D&IM) provides a wide spectrum of services covering data management, big data discovery, management information & insights, campaign and customer contact management, digital analytics, risk management reporting, customer segmentation, customer analytics, etc. Globally, there are 3 Data and Information Management teams with two of them in India and one in Guangzhou, China. The latter supports 15 markets in the Asia Pacific Region.
There are 4 functions in D&IM. The individual we are recruiting will be working in one of these 4 functions:
Campaign & Contact Management:
- Support the execution of marketing campaigns and building event triggers to target the right customers with right offers via right channels so as to deepen customer relationship and drive business revenue.
- Actively explore, innovate and enhance process flow of campaign management to maximize revenue, effectiveness and efficiency.
Management Information & Insights:
- Provide regular and new management information reports and dashboards to track and monitor product performance and understand customer dynamics.
- Provide insights based on research and analysis to assist business partners to optimize opportunities and minimize business risks.
Data Management:
- Design and implement data models and data solutions to enable new data sources to be effectively used for reporting and analysis.
- Lead Extract-Transform-Load (ETL) from internal and external systems to relevant data-mart to for analytical, targeting and management information purposes.
- Update and maintain data dictionary, build data management policy and framework, ensure data updates are complete, accurate and consistent.
Data Governance:
- Define business definitions and KPIs, and ensure consistent definitions are used across business functions.
- Review and update data governance policy and ensure updated policy is implemented across the region.
- Develop and update data quality dashboards and monitor data quality and assist in remediating data quality issues.
- Work with the Data Services department to ensure that there is a robust governance process for the management or Group Reference Data.
任職資格
- Degree holder with major in Computer Science, Engineering, Quantitative Analysis, Numerical Science or business-related discipline.
- For Senior Analyst, at least 2 years of working experience preferably in banking or finance or insurance industry.
- A highly numerate, analytical and logical individual who is independent, self-motivated and a team player.
- Good problem solving skills and affinity to work with business stakeholders.
- Good oral and written communication and presentation skills in English and Chinese.
- Microsoft Office skills
- Technical skills preferred:
Programming Skills: VBA, SQL, SAS, R & R Studio, Python, C++, Jupyter Notebook
Business Intelligence tools: Qlikview / Qliksense, Cognos, Tableau
DBMS: Teradata, MS SQL, Oracle, DB2
Technology exposure: Pega, Celebrus, Tealium, Adobe Analytics, Cloud Technologies and other related products, etc.
