崗位職責(zé):

- To design, deliver and develop business training solution (covering workflows, operating models and associated platforms)
- To manage all compulsory training courses, using appropriate delivery methodologies (e.g. on-site, Webex, systems hand-on)
- To support the development of specific regional and global learning needs for new technology launches and updates
- To provide seamless business training support agreed with stakeholders

- University Degree, preferably in international business, finance or economics
- Up to three years of experience in a securities/banking/financial services environment, including two years’ of experience in an operational role and /or client service / training function
- Good understanding of HSS business processes and work flows to begin with
- Prior experience in delivering training preferred (either as a subject matter expert or trainer)
- Knowledgeable on training techniques, methods and evaluation (a distinct advantage)
- Able to write concisely and clearly
- Strong personal and public presentation skills coupled with keen listening and questioning skills is a must
- Able to explain difficult concepts to a broad cross-section of staff
- Able to organise self and multi-task
- Literate standard desk-top applications (e.g. WORD, EXCEL, POWERPOINT)
