• Perform collection activities according to Collection department related work guideline and P&P, collect past due amount, protect asset of the bank. 按照催收部相關(guān)工作指引和政策流程的要求聯(lián)絡(luò)客戶，催收逾期款項(xiàng)，維護(hù)銀行資產(chǎn)；
• Contact customers by telephone or other applicable means, assess the individual circumstances and decide upon an appropriate course of action. This will include determining reasons for non-payment, negotiating payment arrangements, offering suggestions to customers on how to meet their obligations and advising them as to the possible consequences of not meeting the obligations.通過電話或其他可用途徑聯(lián)系客戶，評(píng)估其個(gè)體情況，確定合適的行動(dòng)方案，包括確定為付款的原因，商討付款計(jì)劃、為客戶該如何履行其義務(wù)提供建議、說明未履行義務(wù)的后果等；
• Exercise good judgment on assessing client’s specific situation, recommend timely actions or other collection activity where appropriate. 對(duì)客戶個(gè)體情況評(píng)估進(jìn)行判斷，建議采取及時(shí)的措施或其他恰當(dāng)?shù)拇呤辗椒ā?/li>

任職要求：

• College degree or above, with at least 1 year experience of telephone collection or banking contact center. 大專以上學(xué)歷，一年以上電話催收或銀行呼叫中心工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
• Excellent Interpersonal, communication, process and negotiation skills. 出色的人際交往和溝通能力、處理和談判技巧；
• With team spirit, be proactive, determined, excellent execution and ability to facilitate business running. 富團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作精神，積極主動(dòng)，處事果斷，具出色的執(zhí)行、推動(dòng)力；
