針對(duì)匯豐集團(tuán)下屬恒生銀行零售銀行的各種產(chǎn)品和核心業(yè)務(wù),熟練運(yùn)用商業(yè)分析,統(tǒng)計(jì)和數(shù)據(jù)分析的方法及工具,發(fā)掘數(shù)據(jù)商業(yè)價(jià)值,為業(yè)務(wù)團(tuán)隊(duì)賦能,打造良好客戶體驗(yàn)的數(shù)據(jù)洞察和產(chǎn)品。從事的工作職責(zé)包括以下方面:

1. The role is part of HSBC HASE Data & Analytics team and is responsible for the management of all customer information and provision of analytical deliverables for customer and banking initiatives and to support all RBWM activities. The individual is also expected to identify key trends that arise from the insights of customer data and work with other areas in RBWM to ensure they are taken account of.
2. The suitable candidate should be a self-driven person and a leader by nature in taking ownership of the deliverables. One should be technically profound and fully loaded with business acumen and communication skills. One will work hands-on with the Enterprise Data Warehouse and Cloud environment for data and analysis process, and are required to deliver the results in a logical and ethical way to the stakeholders.
3. Design, formulate, and implement relevant solutions for the identified analytics project and convert analytical findings/solutions that will lead to achieving business goals (revenue growth, anti-attrition, fraud detection and increasing customer engagement, etc.). During the process, closely collaborate with relevant teams/parties to obtain the supports required for these tasks.
4. Use company provided software tools to extract, collect, manipulate (e.g. subset and merge) raw data to prepare for further analysis. Then apply the appropriate analytics frameworks, statistic procedures to analyze the data in order to provide actionable analysis findings. Interpret and present quantitative information as well as the findings in proper context so as to help in the investigations and decision making of the business.
5. Timely deliver output and effectively communicate with the stakeholders.
1. 熟悉、開發(fā)并支撐基于客戶關(guān)系管理的全渠道精準(zhǔn)營(yíng)銷體系,有效管理和提升客戶生命周期價(jià)值;
2. 大型客戶關(guān)系管理/實(shí)時(shí)智能決策系統(tǒng)的實(shí)施和優(yōu)化;
3. 開發(fā)基于大數(shù)據(jù)平臺(tái)的商業(yè)分析解決方案,為業(yè)務(wù)增長(zhǎng)、反金融欺詐賦能;
4. 構(gòu)建線上客戶行為數(shù)據(jù)模型和分析體系,為線上推廣、客戶體驗(yàn)與風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理提供決策支撐。


任職資格:

1. University degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or other related discipline with minimum 5 years' working experience on CRM related areas and/or analytics to influence business decisions.
2. With solid experience of event triggers, campaign process management, application of CRM solutions in the context of the customer life cycle management across multiple distribution channels.
3. Experience in real-time lead decisioning / large-scale CRM solution implementation is preferred.
4. Good knowledge on languages such as Python, R, SAS, SQL, Javascript for data analytics and visualization.
5. Knowledge of in any one or combination of Big Data processing platforms e.g. AWS, GCP and Hadoop, and advanced BI and Data tools e.g. Qlik, Tableau, Adobe Analytics, SQL, Oracle etc.
6. Self-Motivated, positive, passionate and willingness of continue learning.
7. Effective communication, interpersonal, problem solving, presentation, and project management skills.
8. Possesses good understanding of business applications to convert data into a business value and advantage.
9. Less qualified candidate would be considered as Sr. Analyst.

2. 熟悉一種或者多種銀行金融產(chǎn)品,盈利和定價(jià)模型,熟悉零售銀行業(yè)務(wù);
3. 優(yōu)秀的算法和編程能力, 熟悉主流數(shù)據(jù)分析、商業(yè)智能工具及語言;
4. 具有很好的表達(dá)能力,很好的抗壓能力和團(tuán)隊(duì)合作能力;
5. 熱衷于技術(shù)創(chuàng)新,善于突破現(xiàn)有框架做出改變,善于運(yùn)用有限資源針解決具體問題。善于把大數(shù)據(jù)和人工智能技術(shù)結(jié)合及應(yīng)用到實(shí)際業(yè)務(wù)場(chǎng)景,產(chǎn)生商業(yè)價(jià)值;
6. 計(jì)算機(jī),數(shù)學(xué),統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)或相關(guān)專業(yè),本科以上學(xué)歷。能力稍遜者可被推薦為資深分析師。
