1. Lead, manage and motivate the team of Hub resource .Ensure that the team members are managing day to day transactional requirements of the customers in an efficient manner and in line with the agreed framework & SLA’s. Work with the Global Hub teams team to ensure maximum efficiency and coordinate various deliverables across the Hubs .Manage Hub resource performance, conducting regular 1-2-1’s and performance appraisals;
2. Understand performance across the team and track against agreed service levels. Ensure that the Hub resource is skilled to meet demand and work closely with the MI & reporting team to ensure that demand is understood and capacity and skills are available to support it. Identify and support development opportunities for Hub resource .Escalate any issues in a timely manner to the your Third Party Management Hub Lead;
3. A leader who is passionate about managing teams to deliver. An influencer who can bring teams together and unite them around a common goal . Create an environment for the delivery of consistent performance measurement, training, career management and succession planning across the Hub. Works collaboratively and communicates persuasively, emphasizing teamwork, diversity, and knowledge-sharing both within HSBC and with external business partners;
4. Proven track record in role modelling the Group values and behaviours, authentically engaging with your team, colleagues and customers to deliver superior Customer Service through them. Assist in driving the employee engagement to above best in class.Work with team and peers across all Hubs locations to ensure consistency and to promote a continuous improvement environment. Ensures that they have completed the appropriate training to be proficient in the role.
任職資格:
1. The ability to demonstrate outstanding people management / leadership skills during times of significant change / creation of a new ‘function’ or initiatives. A good understanding and experience of the Global Businesses and Global Functions within a Bank. Prior Third Party Risk Management related operational risk experience with a financial institution or at a regulatory agency or major consulting firm would be desirable.Demonstrable examples of team work and collaboration with internal and external customers ;
2. Attention to detail and proactive awareness of internal and external policies. Have excellent communication, coaching and influencing skills with peers, subordinates and suppliers. A good understanding of the regulatory environment within the region and knowledge of 3rd party risk .Excellent written and verbal communication skills and proficient in MS tools;
3. Prior experience of working across 1 or more Risk Domains is desirable (providing support and guidance to business functions); Resilience Risk, People Risk, Legal Risk, Financial Crime and Fraud Risk, Financial Reporting and Tax Risk, Regulatory Compliance Risk, Strategic Risk, Model Risk;
4. Academic qualification: Bachelor’s degree or demonstration of relevant industry experience .The HUB will support global businesses and functions, the ability to have strong written and verbal skills and converse fluently in English is Essential and other languages would be desirable. Experience of Centre’s of Excellence or Global Service Centers in the context of large global organizations;
