1. Lead the Effective Client on boarding and Accountable for all steps in the on-boarding process, the time it takes to complete on-boarding, ensuring that all clients on-boarded are acceptable risks to the Bank,
2. Respond and operate as the first line of defense and work alongside the RM providing high-quality support
3. Review and complete all local, global or FCC directed on boarding Reviews and de-risking activities established by the Wholesale CDD LoBPs and role/local expectations;
4. Ensuring the completion of all required Know Your Customer (KYC) reviews and request for information activities in line with AML/Sanctions policies and procedures, follow Global Liquidity and Cash management guidelines and policies
5. Support a culture of client-centricity including a focus on recording client dissatisfaction and using complaints as an opportunity to improve the customer experience
6. Ensuring client requirements are clearly understood and right documents, terms and conditions are sent to the client, executed and accounts opened and services enabled, pricing set up completed as required
任職要求
1. University degree and above, graduate in finance, accounting or related majors with 2+ years of relevant Banking experience.
2. Strong business knowledge and a working knowledge of onboarding and the products that are utilized; Strong knowledge of the regulatory requirements
3. Commercially aware, understands the drivers behind the on-boarding requirement and the value to the bank of what is being requested
4. Excellent client service skills with fluent English in written and spoken , Must have min 2 years of service in a client facing role
5. Working on shift is required 1st April to 30th Oct: 7 am to 4 pm, 1st Nov –31rd Mar : 8 am to 5 pm
6. Team player, taking ownership with ability to build and maintain rapport
