Credit Services為客戶提供銀行信貸方面的服務,業(yè)務包括貸前財務分析,信貸合同準備,信貸抵押品管理及信貸額度管理。
Credit Services is an End to End Credit Risk Management Business Service for Operating entities across the HSBC Group in Commercial Banking (CMB) and Global Banking & Markets (GBM). It spans across the entire Credit Risk management Value Chain starting from Preparation and On-boarding of a Credit Application in the Bank’s system and financial spreading followed by Credit Disbursement, Risk Monitoring, Control and Management.
1. Analysing and understanding the business processes in detail where required.
2. Designing automated process solutions in accordance with standard design principles and conventions with support from Mentor
3. Configuring new automated processes and objects using core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable and easy to understand.
4. Problem solving issues that arise in day to day running of automated processes and providing timely responses and solutions as required.
5. Communicating with software supplier through the team structure on software related issues, suggested improvements and participating with other users in the automation community.
6. Working within project planning constraints, communicating any identified project risks and issues to the delivery/project manager accordingly and providing inputs to the change control process.
任職資格:
1. Certification on BluePrism (Developer) is essential
2. Should have an experience in RPA Blue Prism for at least 1-2 years – delivery of 3-5 projects (overall experience of 3-5 years in other technologies i.e .net, java)
3. Working in an RPA tool (BluePrism) to design, develop and deploy automations in collaboration with teams as an individual contributor.
4. Develop and document RPA configuration best practices, configure new RPA processes and objects using core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable and easy to understand.
5. Drive the strategic and tactical roll-out of the RPA solution to operations by creating and documenting test procedures and scenarios for the pre-UAT phases and supporting the Operational Teams during the UAT and rollout phases
6. Good English user with communication skills with the ability to present technical details to a non-technical audience.
7. Experience working on Agile Methodologies is preference. .Net developer skills and experience would be advantageous
